Originally chose this place because it was the cheapest in town. Ended up going with something the same size, 150$ more expensive because they weren't rude to us. If you're not gonna accept new customers after 130pm you need to have that posted SOMEWHERE on your website or send that with the email you sent out confirming reservation. MUCH happier with my more expensive unit where they treated me with kindness. 💁♀️

Clean place with a helpful and friendly staff. Rena helped me fill out paperwork due to my bad arthritis and Vivian got me a water which I thought was nice because my hot flashes were killing me. Then Reba took me too my unit which was a lot bigger than I pictured. The inside was surprisingly clean I had always pictured something grungy looking but it looked brand new. Definitely would recommend just on customer service alone.

I needed a last minute unit in the Concord area. Not only did they actually call me to verify when I booked it on a Friday; they were incredibly helpful when I arrived the next day. During every aspect of the process, there was a real person helping me -- not an automated line. Highly recommend!

Seems hours aren't until 10 I'm told if I'm in facility after 530 I'll be over locked and cops called I'm a outside hauler hauling a unit sold at auction I will be heard one way or another The very rude unprofessional scene on site today was enough Reina told me to take my review down and give 5 star Not a chance After all the bs I was locked inside well before 10 I kept asking Reina to stop and be professional We are on body cam Upon realizing whoever was on phone with her was told I had body cam and left knowing my complaint was being at gate wasting time from beginning Now it's way past that now Resolve in public eye Video is available to who I want it's mine

That is correct. For security purposes, our gate hours are from 6am-10pm and there is no entrance/exit from the property before or after hours.
Depends on the buyer, most of them are very fair about personal items . 😀 If they leave any items the facility HAS to keep them for thirty days.
