I'm new to brewing, so I felt a little overwhelmed when I walked into the store and started looking around. I was just there to get a brewing kit, but even that felt a bit daunting given my experience. Do I need whole grain or extract? When I thought I had what I needed I went to the register to check out. I must've looked like a tourist because immediately one of the employees approached me to make sure I had what I needed. He could obviously tell that I was lost, so he looked at what I had to see what I was missing. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He went over the reasons why I needed one ingredient versus another, and explained the differences between one thing and another. When one ingredient was out of stock, he found a substitute for it which he said actually worked better than what the recipe called for. By the time I actually got to the register I felt much more confident after getting advice from someone who knew what he was doing. I will definitely be back. This place has everything for home brewing, from ingredients to equipment and educational material. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They stock everything you need to make beer at home. I was very happy with my experience here.

Depends on what your looking for. Odds are the malolatic bacteria are still present in the one that did go through it so it will mostlikly make the 2nd kit go though it. You can sterile filter or use Sorbistat K to prevent a re-fermentation via the malolactic bacteria.
They have a massive amount of glass jugs or plastic jugs and various stoppers of different kinds. Also they have more advanced fermentation systems that have all the bells and whistles. If you are looking for the jug and a serving vessel, they have an immense amount of fancy and intriguing ways to serve or pressurize or secondary your beer or wine.
They can get busy on Friday's. I would call back. The manager and people working on the showroom floor are the only ones that can give you an answer.
