They take all precautions: masks at all times, each car is sanitized before and after test drives, clean pens for signing contracts.

Best way is to call the store and ask to speak with the service appointment desk.
It would be best to go down in person and look at the wheels they have. Some wheels in the accessory catalog start at approximately $250.00 each. If it is a wheel that you have seen on another car that came on it from the factory they start at approximately $375.00 and can reach upward of $800.00 each
If you're taking your LS to a Lexus Dealer, they will put the proper weight and amount of oil in your car. I only have Lexus service my LS 460.
