This is really ridiculous. But every time I come to this branch, there is a line out the door. The wait time is insane. No drive thru service. No sense or urgency. There is only one branch in New Orleans which makes banking difficult. Either open more branches or hire more tellers!

ATM is always full and can’t accept deposits at both atm locations after closing hours as well as one is always broken. I travel way from Metairie, definitely going to switch.

absolutely horrible customer service over the phone. Especially with security. Leaving the bank for good and all 9 of my military family members are leaving as well.

I went to this Branch to make a withdrawal. The teller Neka, asked if I was ok and I couldn't help buy pour a bit of myself out as I just lost my Mother and was withdrawing money to cover her funeral cost. I appreciate the fact that she noticed all wasn't good with me that day. I received this card in the mail that was signed with a little message from her and a few other Co workers. This really made my day. Thank you Neka ❤️
