Pretty sure my chicken sandwich had a chicken nugget on it. The worst part of the experience was the small soda spilling as it was handed to me and I wasn’t even offered a napkin to clean up the mess.

I placed a delivery order over an hour ago, got a call a half hour ago that the delivery driver went home for the night and was asked if we could pick up our order instead. I said we could and was told the order would be ready in 30 minutes. Went to pick it up and was then told the order was canceled!? Super frustrated, we just got home from a 6 hour trip, im pregnant and starving and am now told it will be 30-40 minutes for them to make it. Edit: and then there was hair in our pizza!! Yes I did speak to the manager, before the order was complete, we were given a small discount. There were then multiple peices of hair in the food, of different lengths, obviously put in on purpose!

Absolutely the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of establishing!!!! The rudest staff In the history of rude employees!!! If not for the massive labor shortage I have absolutely zero doubt they would all be unemployed! They treat customers like they are doing them a favor doing that insanely easy job, the way they talk to people on the phone is atrocious but a day at the park compared to the poor people who make the mistake of dining in, between the arguments over masks combined with the absolutely rude behavior I can promise my family will never ever again return to Abby’s until the corporate office sends people to witness & fire the current staff

This is a pretty good Abby's Pizza location. We have enjoyed the pizza and salad bar here several times. And the service is pretty good. We do like some of the other Abby's locations also, as they have an 'all you can eat lunch deal, that included fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, pizza and salad bar included. Anyways, try this Abby's pizza out, and you'll be back for seconds!
