The Eagle Point post office is pretty good. The facilities are nice and clean, and pretty straightforward. The employees seem like they know what they're doing, and are definitely more helpful than I have seen at other post offices. In any case, if you got a package to ship, or letters to mail, stop on by!

Always quick and easy process dropping off daily packages! Quick scan get my receipt and im on my way! They also had a package that was "undeliverable" there that i was still able to pick up. We just moved out here and hadn't installed a mail box yet so the postal carrier didn't deliver the package to our porch apparently that is their policy even though it was much to large for the mail box and they delivered multiple other packages with no issues lol. Overall 5 stars just because 1 mail carrier didn't deliver doesn't mean the rest haven't!

☠️🔥☠️ I spent 12,000 at the post office last year. Today Mitch decided it appropriate to charge me an additional 7.00 dollars , and forced me to pay for priority shipping . Why? Because I cut the priority part off a sticker and used it for regular expedited shipping. I kid you not. Despite me putting a complaint in the last time he forced me to pay for a service I did not want or need and me having my money returned. He acted as if I was stealing these free stickers. And using them at ups or fed ex. I will not ever use eagle point post office again. And I advise you not to either, nobody masks up, the workers or the customers. That’s why they get 2.3 stars. On average. I would like to add, I was shipping an additional 3 packages priority in which I wrote address directly on padded envelope, (saving 3 labels)

Terrible customer service!!! Rude and lazy employees. Stood in line and waited my turn like the rest, had a package that was supposed to be delivered today and it wasn't so I went to pick it up. Was told by the counter guy that my package was "buried under a huge pile to be delivered tomorrow and he would not find it for me". Said that if I wanted to wait until everyone was gone then he "might consider looking for it but likely not". To refuse to do your job you should not have one. You should be fired!!
