The worst place. I have been a client since newpoint the doctors at new point were amazing. Since I have been with acenda I have been through 3 or 4 doctor's with the one I'm with now is by far the worst. I am seen every 3 mths with my appt on Oct 10 I'm informed by my pharmacist the doctor wrote for 26 and another one for 28 days... It's ridiculous I literally have to go to the pharmacy for a 4 and 2 day supply. On when it becomes the end of the month and then go back probably in two days to pick up my new prescription... Um hello gas is still $3.00 a gallon and you can write for a 28 day supply but not a 30 what is wrong with you??? I'm over it. Last time they made me go with out my meds for 2 days and I have been on same meds for years you are messing with people mental health it's awful

I have had issues in the past with the treatment at Newpoint/Acenda, but they have been supportive overall. I recently required intensive therapy and they acted quickly to get back to me. Only issue is I have to wait 6 days to get an evaluation, that seems like a lifetime when you suffer from severe anxiety and depression! but overall, good system.

My experience with Ascenda has been life changing. When I was at my lowest, I was lost and didn't know how to deal with the situations in my life, my family called Ascenda and that was the best move that anyone ever did for me. I was having extreme anxiety, during Corona lost my job and my house. I was put in Crisis because I went into a 11 month psychosis with paranoia,fear,isolation,social anxiety with syzophrenic behavior. I was having a break down. I lost everything I owned and lived in a horrible room in a uninhabitable motel. The management tried to evict me illegally, in not so many words I was broke and about to be homeless. After Crisis I was assigned a case worker, triage nurse,the best therapist in the world named Will and I meet another caseworker named Bonnie. They don't judge you and are very understanding. They made me remember I was strong and gave me the courage to fight to retrieve all I lost one goal at a time. It was difficult but they gave me the respect I needed and confidence to achieve my goals and suppress my fear of being judged for my mental state. I thank Eric for his response to my family and sending these wonderful people to help me understand that medication was needed and would help my fears go away. Now I am able to slowly get out of my home and be taken seriously without anyone seeing I am Bipolar. I retrieved all that was lost and now live happy with my new kittens named Ascenda and Justice!! Rudest phone call i have honestly ever had in my life. She said there was a wait list and when i politely declined she hung up in my face. You people do not know what kind of day someone could be having especially working in the mental health field! ridiculous and disgusted.
