We’ve had a positive experience with SOS: from the friendly customer service to recycling stations and more! They do a great job explaining the process (With a real person!), fees, and schedule. The only thing I’m not sure about is how to use the app, bottle deposit drops, and what can be recycled. Would you consider putting together a short video on your website, for each of these items? Anyway, great service! 🙂

This place is absolutely horrible!!!! I paid my hard earned money! For the large 90gallon 6 days ago! They told me it would be out next weekly delivery witch is BS because now I have trash bags sitting on my porch because I don't have a garage. Now almost everynight animals have made a mess for me! I will be sending SOS a bill for $200.00 for my time and extra bags it has took to pick it up everyday! I took daily pictures of the mess! When you pay for a service you get it that day! No excuses! Now it's day 6 and this company has failed to deliver my trash cans n the day the said! The service here is absolutely the worst I have seen in that industry! I have lived and had to deal with many before but by far this company is the most lazy, self concerned and anti customer service I have ever seen in my life! They said they won't bring out my cans till it's the next service date witch mean the trash truck that needs to take my trash is just going to throw them off and drive off while I have enough trash time fill it, what about next week!!!

Have been using SOS for many years. While I don't like their phone system much, they have provided nothing but really good service. They are always willing to help and have given me the benefit of extra bags, changes and service and so forth.

Hi Allen, Unfortunately we do not accept tires at our Eagle Point location, but we do accept them at our Grants Pass and Kerby Transfer Stations. Another great option is Rogue Disposal's Transfer Station at 8001 Table Rock Road in White City.
