I have a Samsung Smart TV and was having some problems with the TV as it would continually lose the picture/sound- go completely black I initially contacted Xfinity and on two separate occasions they sent out Techs who blamed the problem on the TV, said the cable box was fine and realistically put in a minimum amount of effort. At this point I called Best Buy and they forwarded me to Tony's TV. Mark came over and troubleshooted the situation and after one more call to Tonys TV they told me to get a new box and try that out before doing anything drastic . I got a new box , hooked it up and the tv works perfectly They took the time and effort to assist me with a problem. I am very grateful for their pro active input for they saved me a lot of headaches I would strongly recommend their service to anyone

I called them with a backlight problem on my TV and they gave some help over the phone at no cost. He even did some research on my specific TV and gave me a call back with additional information! With that amount of help over the phone, I would have no problem bringing my TV to their location for repairs.
