2 stars only for their selection of beautiful jewelry. Otherwise, the customer service wasn't even sub-par. I walked in the store and was not greeted by any of the 3 staff members and had to ask for help to see an item. Felt like I was bothering them by wanting to make a purchase! I work in high-end sales and would be infuriated if my staff treated customers like this.

They are extremely helpful and knowledge in both our search for an engagement ring and later wedding bands. They have a wide selection of vintage jewelry and many locations so when we had to get something resized they easily had it available for pickup at one of their other stores that was closer to us. Great experience from start to finish
