Nice apartments, reasonable rent, pleasant neighbors, fairly quiet complex in good area of town. Manager is lovely to deal with and maintenance issues are handled promptly. Washer/dryer combo in every unit.

What do you need to be required to live in the apartment building do you need credit to order checks or something.

You have to apply and provide proof of income, information on previous addresses occupied, etc. They will do a credit check. The manager Kristy is awesome and very helpful.

I believe it starts at about $1100 for the smallest size apt. but you would need to call and ask the manager for exact amounts. She is very friendly and helpful.
