I have always received good service from this store. My most recent encounter was the BEST. I needed Notary services. I called ahead to find out if the notary was available. I spoke to Francisco he said he would be there until 5 pm. I was disappointed because I needed the notary for that day and knew I couldn't get there before he was off. He volunteered to wait for me. I thought that was soooo nice of him. I got there at 5:15 pm and he was there as he said with a smiling face and GREAT customer service. THANK YOU SO MUCH Francisco you saved the day!!!!

We received a notary and although the person that does the notary was very nice, he forgot the seal. A few days later, as I was preparing my documents I noticed the missing seal, I called them and made them aware of the situation and asked for a refund since I would have to return for a second time and there would be a delay on sending my documents. I was denied the refund and I asked to speak with the Manager, a woman named Holly picked up the phone. She was very rude to me; raising her voice and hanging up on me. I called back and spoke with a third person and although he repeated the unfair policies, he was professional. Holly is very unprofessional and in my opinion should not be the manager as she lowers the standard of the UPS brand.

I had an amazing experience! Anne was awesome with each customer in the growing line. It was one if those days when almost nobody had come to the UPS Store until 2pm and they closed at 3pm. Anne was extremely patient with everyone and I was having issues. She took the time and never rushed any of us. She is a BLESSING to her customers! Thank you Anne!♡!
