I came to pick up an order that my aunt ordered on line at Lowes in San Bernardino, cause she lives in Hemet CA now, she asked me to drive down there to pick it up, since she has no car. She gave me her pick-up email to show the clerk, but she refused to release her pick-up package unless my aunt comes down to pick it up here self.She then said that this is not "Lowes" policy, but I'm telling you that this is my policy!. I've never been treated with such rudeness and unprofessionalism in my life, Erika is her name.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their customer service is terrible. Ordered a washing machine online, it was delivered extremely damaged. Have been unable to get any resolution. Customer service is wholely unhelpful and claims they are overworked. The most unhelpful don’t order from here.

This place has the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. So absolutely deplorable it's almost laughable. But it's not, it's absolutely mind blowing how incompetent this entire store is. I would type out the story and context as to why every manager here is uncappable to do a simple task, but Lowe's doesn't truly care; as displayed by their actions today. I will forever shop at Home Depot after today.
