Unhelpful environment overall. Never addressed concerns or questions. The doctor they assigned dropped me with no legitimate reason. No notice. Set me up with another without asking my opinion or anything. Same building too. Had seriously tried to work with this healthcare plan but finally gave up. They didn't care it seemed. As far as my treatment while at St. Bernadines see my other review. *Update* Because they can't even correctly respond to ratings they receive, they just got lowered by one star. Unbelievable.

We traveled to highland to visit family from out of state and our 5 year old son got really sick yesterday with a high fever of 104 . This urgent care was the closest place to our stay. It was was the worst choice we had to make going to this place . Very unprofessional and rude employees . We had to wait almost 3 hours to see a provider . After seeing the provider they send the prescription to the wrong pharmacy which was closed , then I had to contact them again to resend the prescription to another pharmacy . They also did a covid test on my son and said the results will be available the following day. We contacted them and they said it will take 4-5 business days . This place don’t make any sense , the guy I spoke to today was trying to blame us instead of apologizing for their bad service . This place must be reported and if you have an emergency never go to this location . Totally disappointed with this place and their service . They wasted our day and time . Hope this review will be helpful for someone in the future and I am sure there might be other people sharing the same experience here .

I don't honestly understand the bad reviews on this urgent care. I've been twice for my daughter and everytime the nurses who get you set up front who do the scheduling are very friendly. Also, they are very professional with rude people. I feel anyone who has wrote a bad review on this place are just unfriendly themselves. The whole staff is very friendly, and I really appreciate Michelle the nurse who helped take my daughters blood sugar level. When leaving Michelle and her coworkers congratulated my daughter on being brave and not scared when she had her finger pricked. Don't listen to the bad reviews. They are awesome.

Listen. The staff are doing the best they can and we are in the middle of a pandemic, BUT that doesn't excuse the insensitivity. For those who have medical conditions that limit their mobility or ability to stand for prolong periods, they do not care that you are waiting for your transportation to leave (regardles if it is legit medical, government, or private). They will kick you out after 10 minutes even if the waiting room is empty. And no, they don't have chairs or benches outside. Even if the waiting room is full and you have an appointment, you are going to have to tough if out or plead with someone to give you a seat. It is unfortunate but because of the pandemic, they've taken the majority of seats out. So first come, first serve. And no, they will not come outside to let you know you've been called in for your appointment. They do not care. If you have no car, please plan your transportation ahead (or call ahead even if your appointment is not done) so you don't stand outside in this heat either to leave or go to your appointment. You've been warned.
