Went in for an oil change , 10:00 appt. I let them know I would be waiting for it in the customers lounge, my truck wasn’t done until 12:20. Disappointed is an understatement!!!! I’ve been in there other times and each time has been poor service. I won’t be back !!!!!

I took my mom’s 2020 Silverado in for a whining noise during idle and acceleration. I pulled into the service center without even calling prior and was greeted by the service advisor, Jeremia. I explained to him what the issue was and he let me drop off the truck. He was great - informative and professional. I didn’t get the names of the team that worked on my mom’s truck but they are super stars. They found out the issue was the idler pulley. They replaced it and, as courtesy, replaced the drive belt with a new one. All of which was covered under bumper-to-bumper warranty so at no cost at all. It took them under two days to diagnose the problem, fix it, and get the truck back to me. Overall, I am very impressed and this review is well deserved. Thank you all at Blackstone Chevrolet. You have earned a loyal customer and I look forward to doing business again in future.

My car was there for a week and I was not offered a loaner car. I have to figure out how to get to work and take my son to school. The total was way more expensive than the original estimate.

Call our service department at 559-431-6001 and they can schedule an appointment for you and discuss the possible costs involved.
It will differ depending on your vehicle. You can always called, and they'll look up the cost of the part, and should be able to give you a labor cost estimateas well.
The last place it was in Valet that how they brought it to me cause he the one that told me my car won't go in park so not sure how he parked it .
