Brett from the rental area was amazing! I rented out a backpacking backpack online and when I went to pick it up he told me that I got two sizes too big and helped me get sized for the correct one and he was right! Not only did he get me the correct size but he also helped me adjust the pack to fit me as well as teach me how to pack it! He was very helpful and nice the whole time! I could tell he really enjoyed his job and it showed through how helpful he was!

Lots of stuff for the hiker, backpacker, etc. Very good service. But if you are looking for a sales item, it's better to go online and have it shipped to the store. While they have a wide selection, they seem to run out of popular sizes and colors of clothing items. Tents, supplies, backpacks and other similar items you can probably find what you need there.

Great selection of REI brand and trusted manufacturers of outdoors activities. Not a huge selection of Kids apparel, but there is a good variety of adult clothing. There is a rental department and curbside pickup. Pro Tip: book your rental reservations on-line so you aren't disappointed showing up to the store and nothing is available. The staff has always been super helpful when needing opinions and they host great classes all year long.
