Last week i buy 14pro max from that store and I doesn't have my id that day so i buy phone on my brother's account and sales person marria give me the new number for that day and said when u got ur Id and come back we put your old number to the new iPhone 14 and we cancel the new number and after a week when i got my ID i come back to the store with my brother and asking for transfer my old number and cancel new number , assistant manager and salesperson Marria says u can't cancel the new number u have to pay for that if u use your new iphone 14 pro max . So m fully unsatisfied with service and they did scam with me , so in future m cancel my account from AT&T and going to any other carrier and warn to my friends and family for that .And m waiting 6 hrs in the store for resolving that and they never cancel the new number so i give the phone back

Went in to the store to get a PIN numbers to transfer my phone service to another carrier I was in and out the gentleman even showed me how to do it wen it’s time to transfer my phone numbers
