I like going into the AT&T in person because I have so much issues when I call to the AT&T billing to be able to pay my bill it's too much drama so I prefer to go in person but the only problem is they need more people working there because it does get busy especially on the weekends but the part of that it's okay.

No you have to take it to an ups store they mail it back for you but you have to have the account number associated with the equipment you are returning back . No cost to you .
