I wanted to purchase a bowl but they wouldn’t sell it to me because someone named “Dorothy” collects them? So why is it on the floor? I also collect them. If they say you aren’t able to purchase something definitely question them and ask to speak to a manager.

They will accept donations from your household but aren't going to pay you for your stuff. You would have to contact a Consignment shop for to sell and make money

No they do not ask more from the volunteers than the regular employees. I know this because I was a volunteer first, and now an employee.
