The store associates, some of them, behave in a matter that make you feel like you're going through a check point for criminal suspicion, absolutely unnecessary! a example of that a stack of 4 plates was individually checked, each plate, as if someone was going to scam Goodwill with a individually priced item and snucked in the set if 4 plates! Books, opened and associate looked through pages as if it had a individual price... items that have a .99 price priced at $4.59! Jackets with tears priced with an individual price as if it were new! The shoes, if they have holes and tears, they need to be discarded and thrown away. Most importantly, severe coaching for associates in order to avoid this almost harassing behavior is very needed. For the people running the Goodwills in fresno county, they have to have enough respect and care for associates and give necessary breaks, water breaks and then on the AC to a reasonable degree in order to avoid the extreme heat in locations. It is absolutely unnecessary the response and behavior given to associates and customers after this organization calls itself charitable and an asset to the community.

Of course but I think u should give to people that need it what I do when I have clothes that I don't need I take it to portabelos for people in need and they share the clothes u no and sometimes u take it to Goodwill and the people that can't afford new clothes they go to Goodwill or different places and GoodWill Will sell it more expensive
