My mom was a resident here for 4 months . I can’t say more about the staff and how clean it is kept. They treated us like family and took care of my mom very well. They took such good care of her that she is well enough to come home as she was able to access physical therapy most days. They also have recreation events for the residents and all the supporting people answered all our questions. Even during the covid outbreak they gave us an update and took every precaution. We made a lot of friends there and I am grateful that I could put the trust in the staff to take care of the great great grandma of the family! We will miss you guys and thank you so very much!

the employees are treated like garbage. the living facility itself is not taken care of. the owners only care about the money in their pocket and have no empathy towards their workers or residents. would not recommend working here or admitting a loved one here.

I just called this facility to ask if I may speak with a resident. The front desk person was polite but was unable to assist me. She then suggested I speak with a supervisor I readily agreed and stayed on the line while she transferred me. An unknown female who did not identify herself answered the phone and as soon as I identified myself and asked if I may speak with my friend she became very abrasive and told me, “I should be calling the front desk”. As I tried to tell her I was just transferred to her by the desk” she interrupted mid sentence and more sternly told me to call the front desk she couldn’t help me! I again started to let her know the front desk was unable to help me but at this point she said “I was calling the wrong person” and she hung up ! ?? This is a residential health facility!! In my humble opinion I must wonder if this is how a supervisor treats a simple caller how does she treat others in her care!

I've been here a few times and always got a warm welcome when I signed in and directions to the room I had to go to and found the bathrooms extremely clean. I enjoyed the artwork and photos in the hallways. The staff is friendly and courteous and enjoyed the calendar events in the elevator for that month.
