Terrible service. Staff doesn't care about their patients well being. They just want a paycheck. Staff is unorganized. They forget about their patients appointments. They consistently skip sessions. They said individual therapy was available and they never went through with it. Literally the worst place to see someone. 100% don't recommend this place. Terrible in every way. Every single person that works there is rude and disrespectful. Front desk is lazy. Everyone should be replaced or the building should be shut down. They sent medication out and never finished the paperwork. -5/5 stars. This place should be carefully looked at by a professional because even when it does they will change the act up until they are gone.

What happens at this place is nothing short of abuse. The people they are abusing can't help themselves. The administration exists to pull funding from the state. Places like this are the downfall of the gutted medical system we're stuck with. Looking forward to my copy paste human recourse paragraph that no one will answer showing how little they actually care about their abysmal reviews and healthgrade.

The worst place you could go. Rude uncaring,unprofessional,You’re looked at as a paycheck not a patient going through struggles, just a revolving door to your “recovery to mental health” you're better off just staying “MENTAL” Because these people will drive you to “MENTAL” with all the games they play.

I had both a good doctor and therapist. But they both left last summer. I waited patiently for their replacements but never heard anything. After I moved out of state in the fall I called to have my prescriptions renewed as I hadn’t established a new relationship with a local doctor yet. BH Care wouldn’t renew my prescriptions because, as they said, I WAS NO LONGER A PATIENT THERE. I hadn’t even quit them yet! I understand that the mental health facilities are swamped right now but this isn’t right!
