Most of them are seriously rude, To officers, to other people in the court, A little respect goes a long way. While I understand that they are over worked It is the career field they CHOSE to go into. Hopefully who ever is in charge fixes this, Maybe the media needs to be involved who knows.

They promise that they can help and answer your questions. Than the lawyers like Hess tell you to help do the leg work and you will get faster results. Than you call back no answer. Email, no answer. I called 25x's throughout the week during normal business hours to receive no help. I even asked the operators if the lawyer that promised help is on vacation or at work. I asked later on is she still employed there. I have even left messages with the Supervisor no answer. You have earned the one star. If anything changes I will update this.

Wow that's crazy, I'm sorry. You might want to follow up with the bar association to see if there is any recourse. Also ask Google that might provide some right now answers. I am just afraid that they may say that you have to prove misconduct on the part of his attorney before action can be taken against her. Good luck
I would phone first. If you have court and you cannot afford an attorney the judge will suggest a public defender for you. I wish you well
I agree with Teressa, when he appears in court if he can't afford an attorney, the court will appoint him one, but you can always call the PD office and speak to an attorney before hand. If you can get Mary Ruth Pate, your son will be in excellent hands. She is an exceptional attorney and she really cares for her clients. I would reach out to her first
Go into the local office and ask. You may have better luck on the phone than i did. Personally i had to retain outside council. Public defender did not help me
