Drivers have taken out my phone lines twice, refused to pick up container because it was "blocked" but their own pictures show it wasn't, customer service promises to correct bill multiple times...nothing. And I have been promised a site manager to help with safety AT LEAST FOUR TIMES. Crickets. Now the driver is picking up the dumpster and dropping it off alignment for the next weeks pickup. So we have to move it with our truck so we can get a pickup the next week! Crazy!
