Food cold, door dash driver horrible, food look eaten and just horrible… barely any fries, chicken tossed barely, toast was cold … whole meal just cold .

This absolutely has to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life. I have come here later at night when they are supposed to be open no less than four times and every single time it takes no less than 5 minutes for each single car to get through the line at the drive-thru. I am always at a minimum five or six cars back. No fast food is worth waiting at least 30 minutes to even order. Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

Service was good..not to slow..got my wings and things..pretty delicious..a couple of drumlet pieces looked like nuggets on a piece of bone..but ok..3 cookies..delicious..my Peach Cream Soda is delicious..😋

They gave me a plate with molded ranch. I halfway opened the ranch where I couldn’t see the molded back half. I was eating ranch and fries and noticed it tasted weird. I then fully opened it to find mold in it. The manager Chris really did not care. The employees sat in the background looking and laughing at it. I will never eat at this Zaxby’s again! Horrible service. It’s not worth your time or money. I left corportae a message but they have not yet got in touch with me. Save your money and eat some Chick Fil A. The darkness in the attached photo is NOT the bottom of the carton. It is the mold from the ranch I was eating!
