If you like hot (spicy)chicken, this is a must go! The reputation holds up. It was so good! For a family of 4, you will spend a few bucks, but we'll worth every penny! I would say it was the best hot chicken sandwich I've ever had. My son got the chicken wings and man, they were a meal. I was surprised at how big the wings were. Everything was cooked perfectly! Staff was friendly

Be prepared for long wait times. But once you put your order in, just find a table and they bring it to you. If there's anything you forgot to order or decided you want later, you can add it through your food server who delivers the food to your table. As for the sauce temperatures: hot is hot. Anything above that, you better be prepared to cry or at least not be bothered by heat. The chicken sandwich is huge and packed with flavor. Also try the dirty fries which are like smothered fries but with chicken bits, Mac and cheese, and pickles. It's definitely worth trying Nashville 🔥 🐔!

Phenomenal hot chicken spot that lives up to the hype. The chicken was perfect cooked and very flavorful. Got the sandwich and tenders. Personally preferred the tenders but the bread and slaw on the sandwich was great as well. Their signature sauce perfectly accompanies the flavor of the chicken and their sides. Grits, Mac and cheese, and fries were all great as well. Overall an awesome spot for fried chicken regardless of the fact that it's a chain. Definitely revisiting on my next trip to Nashville.

The best hot chicken I had in Nashville! I went with the hot for my meal and one of my friends ordered the spiciest on a wing that we split. The hot was a great mix of sweet, spice, and flavor. The hottest was just spicy. Not close to the worst I've tried, but it didn't taste like much. The sides were great and my root were float was excellent.
