They can't keep people for multiple reasons. Working six days a week with twelve hour shifts mixed in. DOES not care for family. No sick time offered. Vacation accumulating is unreal. 1 week after a year, 3 years equal 2 weeks, 8 years equals 3 weeks of vacation.
