They literally just tried to charge me a dollar plus tax for a 6-in piece of tape to seal a free Amazon return! Last time, they charged me $4 for a bag, even though i already had things in a bag ON ONE QR CODE (they felt i should have it in 2 seperate bags!) which created chaos in itself because then i had to delete the one item they wanted in a seperate bag and create another QR code because I was fearful they would then confuse Amazon if the entire order didn't arrive at once. These workers / management have clearly been trained to nickel and dime Amazon customers to death! Luckily there is a dollar store next door and I just purchased a roll of tape and had 45 extra yards to spare for the same dollar that they wanted to charge me! Enough is enough. I am certain Amazon is compensating them well without these slimy extra charges! *Edited to add (due to the response) packaging instructions were read. It didn't need to be packaged AT ALL. I was returning ONE ITEM in the original box it came in (NOT A CONSOLIDATED ORDER EITHER WAY) it was being returned EXACTLY as i had recieved it. I stand by my review that $1 for a 6" piece of tape that wasn't needed IS a slimy practice.
