***NEW PHLEBOTOMISTS STEER CLEAR*** Absolutely horrible working environment. High patient volume (90-130 pt’s a day) with no staff, overworked, no work/life balance, poor management. Other areas within this facility are nice and better well rounded however the Lab specifically within the Wellness Center needs some SERIOUS work. Starting with the “Management”. I would not recommend this lab to my family or friends I would HIGHLY advise new Phlebotomist to pursue else where. I would rate this a 0 if possible. 1 is being generous.

Worst business practices against their patients. It's a chop shop geared towards surgery instead of medication. It's so bad they monitor prescription refills on non-narcotics for regular drugs to remove refills to do more surgeries. They need to change their practices also surgeries cost more then medication so it's not a cost savings business practice. It's to hurt people I recommend never go there again

I had to have an Echo 2 test done today. The technician's name was "Laurie" and she was extremely professional, kind and caring. She answered all of my questions professionally and with a great upbeat personality. It made getting through the test a very comfortable experience. I hope the "administration" reads these reviews because she should be commended and praised on her professionalism, and her caring attitude. You can tell she really loves her job there. Not many people are like that today. The staff was also very helpful to me as well. Keep up the great work LVHN staff, and you too "Laurie". Thank you so much for making my test/appointment a very pleasant one.

I was there for ultrasound test over a week ago, to see what a vaginal mass was. To date I still have not been advised of the results. This is unprofessional, and has and continues to cause me great worry about my condition.
