My family and I have been loyal to chase for over 25 yrs with over 15 accts and even after discussing with relationship manager on getting our accts to a minimum amount so no fees charged, Chase still finds a way to charge you fees draining your acct. I found out that my acct. Linked to other accts has been drained a charge of $15/month for, at least, 7 months. This is what I get for their over 25 yrs of loyalty. Lotsa other reputable, decent, honest banks who cares about customers out there

I'm sorry for your loss. If you go to a physical location, just speak with anyone who works there and explain your situation. You could even ask to speak with a manager if that makes you more comfortable. They will probably ask for a death certificate as proof, as well as your personal identification. Otherwise they will tell you all of the documents you'll need to access any accounts. If you are calling, use the customer service number Google lists and the follow the continue by explaining the situation and they will direct you accordingly.
