I got my stamps cut off but they wont answer my call to find out why i never received a renew letter or email answer your phones

They never answer the phone.... i called every 30 minutes since 9 am to 2:39 pm

Everytime i call no matter how long i wait inbetween calls, could call 100 times a day and will still tell me they are busy with other clients. they need to change something asap this isn’t the first time either this happeneds all the time.

I am wondering how it works if your son has ghp for type 1 diabetes. He is a senior in high school. but is 18 now. After he graduates and not going to college how does that work? Will he still have the ghp because of having type 1 diabetes?
