Took my 6 year old daughter here for a hair cut only because it was last minute and I couldn’t get her in anywhere else. The girl (Katelyn, I think?) was less than friendly and didn’t even speak to my daughter the entire time. She was rough with combing, pulling, etc. to the extent that I almost ripped my child out of the chair and left, mid- hair cut. It was terrible. I guess she got the job done, though Supercuts couldn’t pay me enough money to ever go back there again.

Called to make an appointment and I hesitated a minute because I was questioning my babysitter if time was okay and whoever answered said so do you want to make an appointment or not. I made it anyway even with her attitude. I arrived at my appt. And I stood there for exactly 6 mins. And their were two ladies cutting hair and one sweeping and not one of them questioned me if I had an appt or pretty much acknowledged me standing there ..So ...I left !! Very Unprofessional!! 😥
