Been a patient for years. They won’t see you if you don’t feel well as it could be Covid (told them 2 negative tests.) Only video visits.. Told me to go to urgent care. I’m pretty sure it’s strep and I wanted meds for it. Even if it is Covid, waiting in the car is an option, right?

Billing department bills whatever they feel like to garner the most money from you and waiting room is always overcrowded. Dr Kenyon Savar is far from a good Dr. Wouldn’t recommend going here I’m changing offices asap

I see Dr. Lee and have been extremely pleased with the care I have received. He listens to my concerns, answers my questions and gets back to me on the portal quickly when I have had additional things to ask about. I would highly recommend him. Overall the staff has been good ( this is the NF office), his assistant Ciara is also great. Highly recommend him.

Absolutely disappointing and shocking patient service. Most associates couldn't be bothered to answer simple questions and often made me feel like a burden for asking them. There are some associates who I have spoken to that were kind and were willing to help me where they were able, but the medical professionals appeared more focused on fees and billing rather than actual treatment. I consistently felt disrespected and many times I was rushed out of the appointment before I was able to explain the full extent of why I was there in the first place. I have been to enough medical offices to know that this is abnormal treatment and procedure. I would recommend finding care elsewhere.

I absolutely loved him. He took the time to listen to everything I had to say and he was very thorough with my exams and any medical testing
