Wow. It’s just crazy to see how Walmart has people working on your car that don’t know a thing about what they are doing. Glad they are hiring everyone but you can’t be training on the front line. They can’t even change or balance a tire. Really? Not impressed with my experience buying 4 NEW tires. The only thing they are good for I guess is buying the tires. I was really hoping my experience at Walmart auto center would not be like the horror stories I’ve Heard about all my life. It kind of was. The wait was HORRIBLE, with an appointment ! 3 hours to change just new tires and mount and balance. Which they didn’t even do correctly. Had to take my car elsewhere to get balanced !!!! This is ridiculous because why do u sell the lifetime balance if u can’t even balance a tire and I still have to go spend money somewhere else to get the job done properly. All this on a brand new car.
