I go here twice a week for groups plus my counseling one on ones..I go to yoga, meditation, peer counseling.. And they're all actually really good.. I'm sorry that people are having such bad experiences.. That sucks

My therapist has helped me immensely. I don’t know what I would have done without her.

Rude, unprofessional, lack communication, retaliation against you from some staff and supervisors. They refuse to offer continue services and will deny you help and falsely accuse you of things that didn't happen by their therpists. I had to file with the "Civil Rights Commission" on behalf of a disability discrimination. If yoursuffering from mental health, seek help else where. A lot of corruption going on at this location from senior supervisors. I challenge all of you who have been mistreated to stand up and speak your truth !!

Dr. Shahata drastically changed my meds without getting my medical records on the very first appointment. I ended up in the hospital and could have suffered suicide. I do not recommend this Dr. And he's sliding under the radar for a serious medical malpractice lawsuit.

What happend I have to say less than a handful is actually useful as far as counselors go a lot of prbs and majority of workers who are clearly there for their paychecks not for the mental health sad Place really needs to be evaluated and part of the evaluation they should be allowed and able to talk to the people receiving the help . I've been there on many years of different visits and I've seen and talked to many various people who happened to be in the waiting room to get help had has had same common problems with this practice it's a sad shame especially when you have to give counselors and psychiatrist I'll call to division of Professional Standards to get any action done you shouldn't have to be watching over your professionals over at the mental health clinic they should be watching out for you anything is achievable with asking permission on a signed statement to allow you to be able to talk to clients other than that I give High kudos to an exceptional mental health provider
I wouldn't go to trott.
