Went here to get some work done that included an alignment. Upon picking up my vehicle I instantly noticed it constantly drifting to the right. When I went back to have them do the job correctly they seemed very inconvenienced by that request and the guy (Mark, I believe) starts yelling from the back about how it’s a full shop and I’d have to wait (even though I didn’t wait to pay them when I initially picked my vehicle up). I couldn’t help but wonder if the “full shop” was full of first time customers or those wanting the original work they paid for to be fixed correctly. If you wanna pay for work that isn’t done correctly the first time and then be made to feel like a bother when you ask them to correct their amateur mistake, then this is the shop for you. If you value your time, money, vehicle, and most importantly safety, you should go to a more reputable shop where they actually value their customers. Update: So good guys just responded to my review with nothing but blatant lies. They never said three times to bring in or anything else they claimed in their tantrum like response and the unprofessionalism from this “business” is evident in the response to reviews. I wanted nothing more to inform in my review but then they come back with lies. Garbage response from a business who excels only in the lacking of integrity and whoever is responsible for posting their kicking and screaming how come nobody likes us responses sounds like they need a diaper change and a nap.

I agree. Sorry that this is happening to a good company that tried to help this man. His family needs to stop making it seem like he had a heart attack and got fired. Obviously the guy has issues and lies to his family!
