We have loved this little shop for years and now the new owners have made it even better! My husband has had his suits( yes he has 5🙄) repaired over a dozen times there over the last 6 years and they continue to be the best shop in town for it. Also he has sold many boards there and bought one too. We love the new look and are so excited to see a local family passing it down to another local family. We try to support small business owners any chance we get and this place is the perfect spot to do that! Thanks!!

Oliver and the team at Blow Out blew me away with customer support. I’m not local and was in from Utah to catch a few waves but my suit had a tear. Not only did Blown Out help me out with a repair but the got me in the water same day with a replacement wetsuit. Not many business would go to the extent of taking care of their customers needs. 5 stars for sure best shop in the West.

I haven't actually bought anything here or gotten my wetsuit repaired by them, but my sister and brother in law own the shop and I give them both 5 stars for being great family. I might be a little biased and I haven't technically been a customer, but I think they really care about people and try their best. I think they're are doing a really good job and I love them. If you stop by the shop you will love them too.

Magnificent Neighbors as always!! Family owned and operated They're so so busy helping people Get their wetsuits back, but they also offer other services and products like... new and used fins! New and used wetsuits? new foamies and consigned surfboards that are buy "as IS" so they're super affordable. If you buy a used board you can repair it yourself with rez that they supply for surfboards so we can learn to do our own repairs. Pretty cool Along with all the surf shops Blownout is family and our neighbors and we are so greatful that they are here in SANTA Cruz!!!! This week we Were Across the way and heard this tall Blond guy being rude and yelling profanities at them throwing a temper tantrum But they were just resolute and just let it roll off and go about their day helping others and trying to help customers feel better.... They're just amazing human beings and we are so lucky
