Had an appointment on a sund morning . When I got there the man said he couldn't take it because they only had 1tech thread a bunch of cars to work on. He didn't know why they wet my appointment for then. I need my universal worked on . I left and went somewhere else.

Store# 015857 Today I unexpectedly got a flat tire. When I called Firestone, Norwood told me to bring the vehicle in and they will patch it up. Even though it was close to closing time they were still willing and able to assist me. Their service was exceptional and Jack the technician was great. Even educated me on ehatthe issue was. I'm thankful for them helping me during my stressful situation.
