This hospital lacks in professionalism and bed side manors. Patients are hard to deal with but you never know what these patients are going through. However, the doctors here are great and deserve a lot of credit. The hard working doctors and nurses are what gets my 4 stars. Edit: To receive counciling here you literally have to bend over backwards. Shame on you. You need to do better. This city really deserves better than what the services here provides. To be honest I'll be in contact with the state to see what can be done to better accommodate people. It literally takes me so long to build up the courage to finally ask for help just to hit a wall.

They don’t help the patients in major pain sat there for six hours in the ER waiting room and ended up walking out after watching others with no pain come in and were taking care of before us Place is a joke

I wouldn't go there for a band aid. Staff is rude and uncaring. They don't take time to explain things clearly, they have no patient advocates or social workers so they treat you any way they want to and you can't do anything about it. I will take my chances in an ambulance going to a good hospital before I ever go there.

Emergency intake staff was rude and borderline incompetent. They had private conversations on their phones, used foul language, were unhelpful to patients and laughed at people’s expense. My wife came in with a spinal injury and due to the incapable staff was somehow taken off the waiting list. We waited for 5 1/2 hours to be seen. The staff was unapologetic and truly unpleasant. They were unhelpful and unwelcoming which made our emotional and stressful visit even worse. I would choose any other hospital in the area over this one in the future. To say it was a disappointment would be putting it lightly.

Call the hospital and ensure they have the Moderna vaccine, and inquire if they can schedule you. Vaccine in NY is for state residents and those that work in the state last I had heard.
I believe so. I would call and confirm anyway.
Hi Karl, Yesterday we did.
I think it's privately funded.
7 am. Monday - Friday.
They do not.
12pm to 8:30pm
No it is closed on holidays and weekends. Usually open weekdays from 7am to 3pm.
We had an emergency while on vacation and ended up Niagara Falls Hospital. I thought in was efficient. All the staff were friendly. So helpful. We must have gone at a good time no waiting.
Its located on the 7th floor
Niagara Falls Memorial has a relationship with Davita Dialysis. They rent space at the hospital. They have other free standing Dialysis centers as well. Dr. Sujatha Attagotla is their Director. Search her office number and make contact with her as she will need to accept you as a patient while you are here in order to care for you and write orders for dialysis. You should be able to send her recent labs and dialysis orders/information on your current state of health, etc. The hospital has an Emergency department, inpatient care, outpatient lab services, ICU, Surgical services, cardiac care as well as a fully operational Cardiac Catheterization lab. Do you speak English ? That is most helpful or download a translation to your smart phone. Hope this was helpful. Feel free to ask other questions. Hours are usually 5am-5pm. Cost is the unknown factor. Can't help with that answer.
