Ive been to this facility 3 times and only ONCE was a good visit because of the PA Dawn. My complaint is about PA Steven. I saw him 2 out of 3 times. The last time mid June. I had an infection which he saw. He went the "viral" route of treatment as he did the 1st time. I told him that his way did not work last time and I ended up back in there. I also told him his way this time was not going to work either Guess what? It didnt. All the infection and post nasal drip has gone into my lungs in which i now have "complicated" bronchitis. Im on my 2nd round of antibiotics, 2nd round of steroids. Its now mid July and still not better. Maybe if he actually LISTENED to his patients instead of insisting that they have a virus and sending them on their way this would not have happened. I TOLD HIM! I have a history of pneumonia. Twice in one year and COVID pneumonia 7 months ago. I live in my body and know when something is wrong. I now cannot breathe and still coughing. It could be walking pneumonia but was diagnosed complicated bronchitis because it was video visit If youre going to be a PA or Dr, listen to your patients more instead of insisting that you're right. As far as the nurse who takes your vitals medical history with the long braid in her hair, she never smiles. Makes me feel uncomfortable. Ive spoken to her with a pleasant attitude and a smile and all I got back from her was rudeness. If she doesnt like dealing with people shes in the wrong profession. Ill drive to State College before i ever go back there again

The PA I saw came off very rude right away. I would not recommend this place at all. I went in with a sore throat expecting a strep test but the PA told me that i was the reason covid spreads because i refused the vaccine and a test. He sent me home without caring that i didnt feel good or anything. This place is the biggest joke i've ever seen. All the staff i seen/talked to were very rude and told my girlfriend that was with me to get out now because she was a visitor. I would not recommend this doctors office to anyone.

Great experience! Kelly and her assistant were very patient, thorough and professional when my mother needed stitches after a fall ... keep up the good work!
