My girlfriend and I were doing some yard work around her house Saturday April 30th. Her riding lawn mower kept slipping the drive belt. It was about 5 min til 3pm and made a call to Nittany Valley True Value Hardware. When they answered, I asked when they closed and he advised me at 3pm. Instead of saying call me on Monday. His response was what seems to be the issue, how can I help you. I told him my issues and he asked me how far was I away. Advised him about 2 to 5 min. He said come on. I'll see what I can do for you. When we got there the manager and owner were nothing but extremely nice and helpful. Didnt have an attitude because we got there after they were clsoed. But just really wanted to help us and went out of thier way . I don't care if anything in the future is cheaper some where else, this place will get my business first
