Lived across the street from this park for 9years. It says 55 and older but there were always younger people seen coming and going and claiming to live there. They also tried squatting in houses that were vacant close by. The park seemed pretty quite and maintained. One of the better r.v. parks around. The managers office always seemed closed when neighbors went there to ask questions. Since the river is on the other side of the hill right next to the park there are tons of bunnies in spring and on. Pretty cool if ya ask me.

The park is nice, there is grass and space in between each space which is very appealing. Many of the residents that have lived in the park for quite some time keep their place very nice and homey. The residents seem very nice. The park is 55+ which is also an asset. They advertise on the website that there are large carports, storage and internet. Indeed there are large carports for most spaces. If you happen to get a space that does not have a carport you will pay the same $450 rent as the spaces that do have a carport. Some carports are on the opposite side of your rig than your door, which is quite inconvenient. Most the storage sheds are in poor shape and leak and are moldy and you are left to clean them up and repair them if you plan on using the storage. The internet is wireless and unsecured which would be fine if you only need to check your email once in a while. The connection is not consistent, if you plan on using the internet for more than checking your email it's worthless. The grass is rarely kept up and is basically weeds. The manager is hard to reach and his closed sign is on the door most of the time and is not very professional.
