Was told I could pick up a rental and found out the location was overbooked. Both agents were VERY unprofessional and essentially laughed in my face instead of helping resolve the issue. Very disappointed.

Let me just say that you may wonder how rats get caught in traps? Well if you want to know how that feels come to this location at Crabtree mall. This is the most screwed up location I have ever rented from. No service. No one willing to help. No idea whats going on. It seems impossible that so many incompetent people can be in one place. Charges on card that are not explained but promises it will be refunded later. Printer not working so there is no hard copy receipt. And if these folks are not the problem why do they continue to work here? Seriously, do not get pulled in by their slightly lower price than other locations. You will be the rat in the trap and you can't blame me. I tried to warn you!
