Ok, on June 20 I emailed them. On June 21 I received a reply from Marsha suggesting an appointment on June 23 at 11:00 AM. I replied that would be fine. Nobody showed up at 11 on the 23rd, and I didn't hear anything more until 12:38 PM on the 23rd when I got an email request from Michelle to confirm the appointment that had already passed.

Yes Maam as long as there's room to get ladders beside the house sometimes trees or possibly the neighbor's house can be a hindrance. But typically we can find a way around it
