My wife has been trapped in this ramp for the last hour and a half. It is a Sunday night and she has been stuck since 5:00pm. It's now 6:50. The machine ate her ticket. The emergency phone number disconnects and the buffalo PD has been called 3 times but has not come even though they are ACROSS THE STREET!!!! Do not park in this garage if you value your life. She only got out because a monthly pass parker happened to come and used their pass to get her out. WHAT THE HECK CIVIC RAMPS!!!! DANGER DANGER DO NOT PARK HERE!

Had to make a few laps to find a parking space that my truck barely fit into. Cheap parking rate though. The card reader is odd, put your card in bar code side up if you want it to work.
