Building smells like urine. The spaces are too small. Someone regularly defecates on the staircase of the southwest corner of the building.

I asked my sister and she says she has never had a problem. I do know there is a security guard posted at the Washington and South Division entrance in the afternoon, but only that entrance. You could always call the Buffalo Park Rangers to escort you (716) 854-RIDE (7433). You could also ask your buildings management if they have any safety escort services.
