Yes you can, but we don't provide lifevests so you'll need to have your own (they are required still), we do have some for sale at our store. You also are more responsible for cleaning up after them (we hope all guests clean after themselves!)
Elevator Alley Kayak is a great store for renting kayaks and touring the Buffalo River. If you have your own kayak, you can put in at Mutual Park, one block from Elevator Alley.
They launch from mutual riverfront Park which Is a public park that you can access all day
I believe that it's recommend. You can do it easily online.
For our rentals, you can reserve and pay online as well as fill out the waiver online. We also clean and sanitize our kayaks and equipment after each use, we use a cleaning solution recommended by the CDC. Our employees wear masks and we ask guests to wear them until they get on the water.
Sure, we use a share launch, so it's open to the public.
Rentals start at 9am everyday and we finish at 7, meaning you have to be back by then. We do close an hour early on July 24th, Aug 7th and 16th because we have tours going out at 6pm. You can check the schedule on our website and see availability and make reservations. Thanks, Jason
Sorry I might not have answered in time but we should be able to work it out if you know who purchased the voucher or some other info to find it in our database. Hope to see you soon.
Go to their website. The number is listed.
My wife and I went on a river tour last year with them and it was great!
Our store is the 65 Vandalia location, you would go there to sign waivers, pay if you haven't online, and watch a short instructional video. You then would go to the corner of Hamburg and South (Mutual Park) and we'll have your kayak, paddle and lifevest ready there.
