I have been coming to the Biltmore studio on and off for a few years, but more consistently the last six months. I will say all of the instructors have been great, but I have mostly practiced with one, and I will say that I try to coordinate my schedule to the classes that she is scheduled for. I would love to give a special shout out to Erin! Thank you for the great experience that I’ve had in every class with you! I recently went to another studio in Arcadia and it was packed so full with an incredibly fast rate, and it really took away from the whole practice of yoga. At Biltmore studio, I have always had a great experience and I always walk out feeling amazing.

I've been coming to the Biltmore Studio for 10 years now. I've tried a few others around town in the past but nothing ever comes close. This is my yoga home.

I’ve gone here many many times for the past 5 or so years and have *loved* it — but I won’t be coming back. Erin is usually the “nicer” of the instructors so went to her class today. My two friends and I were told to be quiet at the beginning which is totally fine and fair. However, for the remainder of the 75 minutes we were told to “shush” and “now remember don’t talk to your friends” in a very patronizing way every 10 minutes — despite never talking again since the beginning of class. Okay, fine. But then at the end of class in the lobby she (Erin) very loudly said “ugh I swear it’s like teaching kindergartens in there sometimes!” — completely directed at my two friends and I — again, despite the fact we did not talk since the very beginning of class. How, please tell me, is that comparable to kindergarten? It would have been a different story if we continued to talk and didn’t listen — but we did. This felt completely uncalled for and rude, and incredibly patronizing. Will not be coming back.

Absolutely love The Biltmore Studio. I’ve flowed with both Emily and Christina here and both are wonderful at guiding and helping to establish your intention. The studio itself is the perfect amount of heat to sweat, the instructors also open the doors throughout class and offer cold towels at the end. If you’re looking for a zen studio (where people are silent during arrival) this is your place!

They are required when not doing yoga, but during yoga you are not required to wear a mask.
It's a condensed, 60 minute, version of their 90 minute class.
Try it for $25 for 2 weeks, best decision I've made, try to go as often as possible, the postures will come, and you will feel amazing. Its a great studio, especially for beginners.
