I had a referral with my labs and office notes sent to your group over 2 weeks ago (also note my insurance doesn’t require the referral, your office just insists on one for whatever reason), I have called 3 times to schedule and you guys keep saying you have the docs but need to upload them into a chart. It honestly feels like that shouldn’t take 2 weeks to do and you’d rather screw around and ignore patients that are trying to be proactive with their healthcare. It’s incredibly obnoxious to know you have my chart but have no drive to help patients. 2 weeks is more than enough time to “make a new patient chart” when you had the documents sent to you within 1 day! (I was in the office and watched them send everything to you, before you reply and say you never got them). I’ll be sure to tell my PCP to never refer their patients to you since you can’t work efficiently.
