The room was very clean. And the staff was super sweet and helpful. We definitely will stay there again if in Franklin. My dog loved it. 😍

Opened door to room, was hot inside. Did not have AC on at all. Turned it on high, did not work properly - was still uncomfortable after hours went by. Was sweating most of the night until 1 of us removed the filter and it finally started to cool. Rest of group complained that beds and pillows were uncomfortable... couldn't sleep, rolled around in bed until fitted sheet came loose... that's when we discovered the brown mattress cover - was covered in stains. No one would complain so we stayed in this horrible place. Woke up with lower back pain. Also, tried twice to get ice and the 1 machine would not dispense any. Did not see any vending machines. No elevator. No pool. Staff I encountered was friendly tho.

2 night stay. Staff was pretty nice for the most part. Toilet was not flushing. Told front desk and they kinda blew it off. Breakfast was 😞 but there was a really good Huddle House in walking distance. Just know that this just a place to sleep and get back on the road.

The good: The staff was great. The parking was adequate (if 100% on a steep incline). We felt safe, even on the first floor (when we asked for the top floor...). The bad (sorry!): We both came home covered in bug bites. There is no real breakfast, just frozen sausage buscuits and old hard boiled eggs. The building is falling apart. The rooms were unclean and looked like they needed renovation, badly. The sheets were dirty. The shower was dirty. The towels were falling apart. The chair was filthy. It was 1/2 step from making us sleep in the car.
